At MATCH Perfumes, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If your selection isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange any unopened product within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and place it securely back into the shipping box with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
